Breathe
There are days when you are not up for it. Anything, for that matter. And, it is okay.
There might thoughts you are unknowingly stuck in, errands you keep forgetting you have to run, calls you have to make, events you have to attend, people you want to make happy, work you need to finish, things you want to learn, clothes to wash, food to prepare, people you miss, steam you haven't let off, tears you have let out, sighs you haven't made, words you haven't scribbled, walks you haven't taken, fun you haven't had and experiences you have'nt had. But, it's okay.
You are alive. You are here. You are making it - one day at a time. Just breathe. Just, breathe.
